History has taught us a dedicated source of revenue is needed to operate and maintain a public swimming pool.
THANK YOU LEADVILLE!
Thank you for approving the .5% dedicated sales tax with revenue going to operate and maintain an affordable public aquatic center.

  • 2025 The State Department of Revenue will collect the City .5% Sales Tax and allocate it to the City for the aquatic center fund.

  • Now, Pb Swims is focusing on the capital campaign to renovate our local aquatic center.  This will require swimming pool replacement, ADA upgrades, and HVAC upgrades for safe operation.
